This team supports more than 50 account executives across the Americas. The current opening is specifically to assist us in supporting our account executives in South America and Mexico.
The Senior Proposals Management Administrator will work closely with our technical teams - Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to prepare proposals. You will prepare an initial draft using existing templates and information provided in the request, and then coordinate with technical resources needed to obtain the updated technical content. You will manage timelines/deadlines, communicate questions, communicate with other departments, and finalize the proposal. As a Senior Proposals Management Administrator, you will be managing requests that come in to the request portal by prioritizing and dispersing requests to appropriate technical resources and updating Salesforce.
· Prepare inputs for standard response sections, develops the template for the response, and coordinates with others to manage the development of response content.
· Manage timelines and deadlines, communicates questions, communicates with other departments, and finalizes proposal-related documents.
· Review and edit content of SOWs, technical proposals, budgetary estimates etc. (acting as an editor and a writer (limited)).
· Prioritize and disperse requests to appropriate resources for input.
· Update Salesforce as the process moves from one resource to another and one stage to the next.
· Coordinate RFP/RFI public and private sector responses and contributing resources.

The Assistant Controller of Brazil reports to the South America Finance Director and is responsible for managing the shared financial and administrative team of Brazil, performing the reporting, following up business KPIs and overseeing accounting, treasury, payroll & benefits, tax, as well as facilities and administrative functions. He/She will lead the the Finance Shared Services team and work closely with the Finance Director of South America aiming to align the finance function in the region, assuring the best practices and controls are implemented.
Main activities are:
- Responsible for overseeing the preparation of all financial statements and doing the management report in company’s tool, including income statements, balance sheets, management reports and tax returns/obligations
- Manages monthly close process including account reconciliations and variance review analysis
- Make use of internal analytical accounting system to report revenues, costs, margin by project and overheads detailed information to the management on a monthly basis

- Define and execute PMO strategy aligned with regional and functional growth strategy with clear goals, deliverables, and targets
- Ensure value creation evidenced by improved results such as revenue generation and a sustainable margin
- Define, change, and execute PMO target operating model (TOM) designed to execute on the strategy
- Deliver strong project governance and execution assurance processes
