You will prepare an initial draft using existing templates and information provided in the request, and then coordinate with technical resources needed to obtain the updated technical content. You will manage timelines/deadlines, communicate questions, communicate with other departments, and finalize the proposal. Qualified candidates will provide technical and functional project leadership in EcoSys implementations, Hexagon's Enterprise Project Performance software.   This role will serve our clients in the LATAM region. This is a full-time position with a mix of remote work and limited onsite travel to the customer when this service is required. The successful candidate will be based in Brazil.     Key Responsibilities: - In this role you will frequently interact with customers. - Participate in the full project implementation cycle - Conduct EcoSys demonstration workshops and definition gathering workshops. - Work directly with customers to create process documentation (functional requirements/design/lessons learned). - Designs solutions by analyzing requirements. Must be able to estimate the effort required to produce deliverables. - Applies analytical and technical thinking focused on providing a solution to customer’s workflow implementation problems, identifying alternatives and providing recommendations. - Works with technical configuration and integration teams, providing technical/functional support to the team and developing configurations and customizations within EcoSys. - Leads the creation of test scripts and materials; supports and performs unit and integration testing. - Works with the team to develop EcoSys specific training.
